We back every order with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If anything is wrong — wrong fit, damage in transit, or just changed your mind — you can return it.

30-day window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Blades should be unused and in their original packaging unless the return is due to a fitment issue or transit damage.

Free return shipping when…

  • The blades don't fit your mower (fitment guarantee).
  • The parcel arrived damaged.
  • We shipped the wrong item.

For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is yours.

How to start a return

  1. Email hello@nordicmow.com with your order number.
  2. We send a return label (or instructions) within one business day.
  3. Drop the parcel at your local pickup point.
  4. Refund hits your card within 3 business days of arrival.

EU right of withdrawal

EU customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day policy extends beyond that — you keep both.
