30-day window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Blades should be unused and in their original packaging unless the return is due to a fitment issue or transit damage.
Free return shipping when…
- The blades don't fit your mower (fitment guarantee).
- The parcel arrived damaged.
- We shipped the wrong item.
For change-of-mind returns, the return shipping cost is yours.
How to start a return
- Email hello@nordicmow.com with your order number.
- We send a return label (or instructions) within one business day.
- Drop the parcel at your local pickup point.
- Refund hits your card within 3 business days of arrival.
EU right of withdrawal
EU customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our 30-day policy extends beyond that — you keep both.
